Mark’s story

Before the mortgage,
there’s a person.

I grew up around people who worked hard to build something of their own. My dad built businesses and ran our family’s produce operation, Moholt Fresh Produce, which I run today. That experience taught me that your reputation comes from how you treat people, whether you keep your word, and how you show up for your community.

My grandfather spent 50 years as a commercial appraiser. After earning my finance degree from Salisbury University, I found my way into mortgage lending. The financial side drew me in. Helping people through some of the biggest decisions of their lives is what made me stay.

Today, I’m putting down roots in Martinsburg while continuing to work with people throughout the DMV and beyond. Whether you’re buying your first home, running a business, or figuring out an unconventional path to financing, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident about your next step.
